دار غلوبال هي ذراع التطوير الدولية لشركة دار الأركان السعودية، تأسست في 2017 وأُدرجت في بورصة لندن في فبراير 2023. وكانت أول شركة سعودية تنضم إلى السوق الرئيسية في LSE، مع احتفاظ دار الأركان بالحصة المسيطرة. تبني الشركة للمشترين الدوليين، ونموذجها هو المساكن ذات العلامات التجارية: فهي ترخّص أسماء من عالم السيارات والأزياء والضيافة، ومنها مؤسسة ترامب وأستون مارتن وباغاني وميسوني وماريوت. وبالنسبة للمشتري، يعني ذلك الموازنة بين طرفين. فدار غلوبال تتحمل التسليم، بينما تحدد العلامة مستوى التشطيب والسعر.
