Trump Plaza, Jeddah

Trump Plaza is the anchor of the Amaya masterplan, a precinct valued at over one billion dollars on a 28,000 square metre corner of King Abdulaziz Road, launched in January 2026 after the plan was first announced in September 2025. It is important to be accurate about the structure: Dar Global, the London-listed (DAR) international arm of Dar Al Arkan, which reports more than 15,300 homes delivered over around 29 years, is the owner and developer, and the Trump name is applied under a brand licence that can be ended according to its terms. The Trump Organization does not build, own or sell the residences.

The homes are organised into three collections. The Trump Executive Residences are fully furnished one, two and three bedroom apartments. The Trump Park Residences run from two to four bedrooms. The Trump Townhouses are four bedroom homes. Home offices and Grade-A office space sit within the same precinct, which is what makes Trump Plaza a live-work address rather than a residential block. Specific unit sizes are confirmed with the developer on the current specification.

The Vitality Club is the social and wellness core: about four thousand square metres of members-only space with a spa, swimming pools, sports medicine and recovery, fine dining, a cigar and library lounge, a coffee bar and golf simulators. The retail and food offer is curated rather than generic, with Dar Global naming signature concepts such as the Trump Grill all-day dining room, a Trump Daily organic grocery, an artisan bakery and a fitness pro shop.

The precinct reads onto The Grand Park, the continuous green spine that gives the surrounding Amaya district its public realm, and it sits opposite the Red Sea Mall with the Corniche and the airport a short drive away. On price, the developer publishes no fixed list; we treat the 425,000 pound figure as an approximate entry guide and confirm the position for each home individually.
