The Trump Golf Villas are the marquee villa collection at AIDA: 20 homes set on the fairways of the Trump International championship golf course at Yiti, roughly 130 metres above the Gulf of Oman. They are developed by Dar Global, the London-listed (DAR) international arm of Dar Al Arkan with more than 15,300 homes delivered over around 29 years, with OMRAN, Oman’s state tourism developer, under a Trump brand and golf-management licence, with a reported first-phase value of around 200 million US dollars.

The homes are designed for a serviced household. Each carries a maid’s room, a driver’s room, a private lift and a garage, a private swimming pool, landscaped gardens and generous terraces facing the course and the sea. Each villa also comes with its own Trump-branded golf cart and membership to the Trump International Golf Club Oman.

The setting is the golf course and the cliffs. Residents have the 18-hole championship course and clubhouse, wellness and fitness facilities, dining, and the wider AIDA trail network, viewing decks and parks, within a gated and secured community. Completion is set for December 2028.

An Integrated Tourism Complex grants freehold to all nationalities and can support renewable residency, which draws second-home and relocating buyers from across the Gulf and further afield. A golf and hotel destination of this kind tends to pull holiday-let and managed-rental interest rather than long-term city tenants, and any resale would be back into the same international buyer pool. The honest counterweights matter at this price: a long off-plan horizon to the December 2028 handover, a purchase settled in Omani rials, and Oman’s planned personal income tax on a long hold.
