Fairway Villas is one of AIDA’s golf-villa collections, four and five bedroom homes set along the fairways of the Trump International championship golf course at Yiti. Dar Global develops them with OMRAN; the Trump Organization brands and manages the course under licence but is not the developer.

The villas range from about 288 to 403 square metres of built-up area, which is the figure Dar Global publishes for the collection. They are elevated, modern homes with expansive windows framing the fairway and the Gulf of Oman beyond, set on the cliffs roughly 130 metres above the sea. We publish the developer’s own size range rather than the larger square-foot figures that circulate on third-party listings, which do not match it.

The starting guide is around 975,000 pounds, reflecting native pricing of about 1.28 million US dollars, confirmed per villa. The developer does not publish a unit count for the collection, so we do not state one, and we do not claim the villas are delivered furnished, which is unconfirmed.

The setting is the golf and the cliffs. Each villa comes with a personal golf cart, and residents have golf-front positioning on the championship course, a clubhouse, wellness and fitness facilities, the AIDA trail network with viewing decks and parks, cafes and restaurants, and a members-only club with private beach access, within a gated community. Completion is set for December 2028.

AIDA is a Dar Global and OMRAN cliffside resort of roughly 3.5 million square metres at Yiti, about 130 metres above the Gulf of Oman and a short drive from old Muscat, built around a Trump International championship course and the coast. A villa on the championship fairways speaks to that audience and to holiday-let and managed-rental use rather than long-term city tenancies, and any resale returns to the same international buyer pool.
