Al Majdiah is the trading name of Dar Al Majed Real Estate Co., a Riyadh developer that listed on the Saudi Exchange main market in September 2025 under the ticker 4326, after an offering whose institutional book was covered 107 times. The company was formed in 2014, but the family behind it has been building in Riyadh since 1969, when the late Sheikh Abdulrahman bin Nasser Al Majed built his first investment villa. Its business is family housing rather than branded towers: compact apartment buildings numbered by project, gated villa and townhouse compounds, and large neighbourhoods delivered with the National Housing Company, much of it sold off-plan under the Wafi escrow programme. The company states it has developed 2.5 million square metres and more than 18,000 homes. For a buyer, the listing is the point: audited accounts and disclosed contracts make delivery risk easier to read than at most private Saudi developers. Al Majdiah has also begun selling to foreign buyers, closing the first phase of Meshraf Al Majdiah in Madinah to non-Saudi investors in September 2026.
