Role
Dar Global is the international development arm of Saudi Arabia’s Dar Al Arkan, established in 2017 and listed on the London Stock Exchange in February 2023. It was the first Saudi company to join the LSE Main Market, with Dar Al Arkan retaining the controlling stake. The business builds for overseas buyers, and its model is branded residences: it licenses names from motoring, fashion and hospitality, including the Trump Organization, Aston Martin, Pagani, Missoni and Marriott. For a buyer, that means weighing two parties. Dar Global carries delivery, while the brand sets the finish and the price.
