A closer reading.

The ground-floor show kitchen belongs with the entertaining rooms. A separate service kitchen in the basement allows preparation to carry on while dinner is served upstairs. The specification calls for marble or an equivalent finish in the reception rooms, semi-solid wood flooring in the bedrooms and a walk-in wardrobe for the principal suite. An internal lift connects the levels.

FENDI Casa is the interiors partner. The rooms shown in the gallery are dressed to illustrate the design. The sale specification provides for an unfurnished handover, with provision for a pool. Landscaping, paving and a finished pool should be budgeted separately. Ask for the finishes schedule alongside the plan before choosing a plot.

The drive in passes through Wadi Safar’s gate and then Rayana’s own entrances. On the developer’s plan, the houses sit in two groups within the estate. Rayana’s planned 18-hole golf course and members’ club are separate from the wider Wadi Safar 27-hole course. Club access is by membership.
