Padel Living Residences occupies a clear niche in Jeddah's new-build market: contemporary city apartments with a social amenity that residents can use as part of ordinary life. Rather than placing the courts at a separate club, the project brings them onto the roof. Access is limited to residents, booking runs through an app, and the courts are designed to operate 24 hours a day. Homes are delivered unfurnished, with the fixed specification doing the practical work.
