This is a separate project from both the Trump Plaza precinct on King Abdulaziz Road and the Trump Mansions community in Wadi Safar, Riyadh.
The tower holds one to four bedroom apartments and three to four bedroom penthouses, with homes ranging from around seventy square metres at entry to roughly three hundred and sixty-five at the top, and dedicated staff quarters in the larger residences. Dar Global awarded the main works contract, worth around two billion riyals, to the Arabian Construction Company in November 2025, with enabling and foundation works already complete and the superstructure underway.
