Reportage plans saudi real estate investment fund push of $293m in Riyadh.
The Dubai-based group’s Saudi arm frames a saudi real estate investment fund-style lift of capital into two northern Riyadh residential schemes, Najd 6 and Najd 7, without separate project budgets or a full spend timetable.

Al Arabiya reported in Arabic on 7 November 2026 that Reportage’s Saudi unit would inject 293 million dollars into two real-estate projects in Riyadh. Mubasher reported in Arabic on 8 November 2026 that the figure is about 293.3 million dollars and that the company, owned by the Dubai-headquartered Reportage group, is expanding development work in the kingdom while residential schemes continue in the north of the capital.
According to the company statement carried by Mubasher, Najd 6 launched at the end of October on 7480 square metres with 75 homes. Najd 7 is to hold about 73 homes. The statement did not split the investment value between the two schemes or state capital already spent. The group was founded in the UAE in 2014, is based in Abu Dhabi, and began Saudi operations in 2023.
Mubasher noted the wider Saudi housing target of 70% home ownership by 2030. It also recorded that the group gave no timetable for deploying the full sum, no funding sources and no target returns, so actual outlays and delivery rates remain the main unknowns.

Omnia Desk
Two more northern schemes add choice only after maps and price bands are clear.
A fresh developer cheque in Riyadh does not rewrite what a foreign buyer can hold. Freehold still turns on the mapped zones under the non-Saudi ownership rules set out in our 2026 off-plan guide, not on how much any single builder says it will spend.
Reportage is not among the developers on our list, so Najd 6 and Najd 7 sit outside the schemes we already price. Until plot locations, unit mixes and ticket sizes appear, the announcement is supply signal rather than a substitute for checking Wafi escrow stock that starts from SAR 266,799 or completed homes from SAR 579,000. Buyers already weighing northern Riyadh stock should treat the 293.3 million dollar headline as a prompt to re-check zone maps and the 5% transaction tax plus resale fee stack, nothing more.
