Jeddah Tower progress 2026 reaches level 120 near 500m.
Kingdom Holding’s third-quarter update puts the mega-tall at about 482m and on course to pass 500m by year end.

Jeddah Tower progress 2026 is the focus of a TradeArabia report dated 3 November 2026: the tower has reached level 120, about 482m, on a planned height of over 1,000m. Kingdom Holding Company, in results for the three months ended 30 September 2026, said the tower is the centrepiece of Jeddah Economic City, a 57-million-sq-ft scheme developed by Jeddah Economic Company with heavy backing from the group.
The same update said more than 21 million working hours had been logged without a lost-time incident or fatality. TradeArabia cited concrete already in place above 322,000 cu m, described as 72 per cent of the pour required, facade installation past 3,900 panels, first-fix MEP under way, and a 6,400-strong workforce. The company expects the tower to exceed 500m by the end of 2026.
Kingdom Holding also reported net profit attributable to shareholders up 14% to SAR906 million ($238 million) against $208 million a year earlier, including a one-off impairment reversal. Architects Adrian Smith and Gordon Gill Architecture and engineers Thornton Tomasetti and Langan International remain on the job. No revised completion date for the full height was given in the report.

Omnia Desk
A skyline proof point for Jeddah waterfront stock, not a freehold rewrite.
Height and pour rates do not change who may buy. Non-Saudi title still follows Royal Decree M/14 from 22 January 2026 and the zone maps in our foreign-ownership briefing. Jeddah Tower’s climb is a location signal for addresses that sell the same waterfront skyline story, not a new price band or a wider freehold map.
That matters most beside Jeddah Central, where Atlantis Residences Jeddah and One&Only Private Homes Jeddah are still pre-launch after the November 2025 Kerzner joint venture. Buyers weighing those schemes should treat 482m and a year-end 500m aim as delivery optics on the wider economic-city pitch, then check escrow stage plans and zone status on the plot itself. Catalogue stock elsewhere in Jeddah is not re-priced by this update.
