Amara at Rayana answers a question most enclaves in Wadi Safar leave unasked: how does a family stay close across generations without living on top of one another? The answer is the twin mansion. The built-up area of 2,533 to 2,558 m² is the combined figure for both villas on the plot; the per-villa split is not itemised, so we quote it as the plot's combined area rather than dividing it. Landscaping and green areas, external floor finishes and the swimming pools are excluded, though external water and electricity are provided for them. You complete the interiors, the landscaping and the pool, so each household finishes its own villa to its own taste while the two homes hold together as one estate.

The path to owning here is unhurried by design.
