Saudi Arabia property sales trends tape cites week-44 deals.
Saudi Arabia property sales trends coverage of Argaam’s Arabic week-44 read put total sale contracts at 1.5 billion riyals from 25 to 31 October, while deal count fell.

On 1 November 2026 Argaam’s Arabic item on the real-estate regulator it cited put total sale-contract value in week 44 of 2026, from 25 to 31 October, at 1.5 billion riyals. That was up 70.3 per cent week on week and 48.8 per cent year on year, on 101 contracts, down 24.1 per cent week on week and 22.3 per cent year on year.
By asset type, Argaam said buildings took 535.2 million riyals (35.3 per cent of sale value), other types 525.1 million riyals (34.6 per cent), villas 330.1 million riyals (21.7 per cent) and residential compounds 127.6 million riyals (8.4 per cent). The same report put Doha municipality first on sale value at 1.136 billion riyals (78.8 per cent), then Al Daayen at 235 million riyals (16.3 per cent) and Al Rayyan at 70 million riyals (4.9 per cent).
On mortgages, Argaam said 11 contracts totalled 234.2 million riyals, with value down 85.3 per cent week on week and 29.8 per cent year on year, and contract count down 68.6 per cent week on week and 50 per cent year on year. Rentals were put at 489 contracts and 3.79 million riyals, with value down 46.3 per cent week on week. The body of the Arabic report refers to Qatar municipalities; no separate Saudi REGA weekly sales series is given in the same item.

This is a Qatar weekly tape, not a Saudi freehold sales signal.
Buyers watching saudi arabia property sales trends for Riyadh or Jeddah freehold should not read week-44’s 1.5 billion riyals or the 101 contracts as a Kingdom price or liquidity print. The municipalities named in the Argaam Arabic copy sit in Qatar. That leaves Saudi mapped freehold, RETT and the non-Saudi exit stack untouched.
A true Saudi weekly sales-value series would help remote buyers gauge current transaction activity and pricing momentum. This item is not that series. It does not reprice completed stock from SAR 579,000 at Al Majdiah 163 or off-plan bands from SAR 959,000 at Al Majdiah 174, and it does not change the charge picture in Saudi Arabia property taxes for foreign investors.
Treat the wire as cross-border noise. Underwrite any Saudi deal against the live REGA map and the project’s own escrow terms, not against a Doha-led municipality league table.
