Buying from abroad
When you want to see it yourself.
Some buyers want to stand in the room before they commit. We plan the trip around a shortlist, so every visit counts.
The short answer
How does a property viewing trip work?
We shortlist homes with you first, usually after video viewings, then plan a visit of two to four days around them: the homes, the developers, the neighbourhoods at different times of day, and meetings with a lawyer if you want to move quickly.

Shortlist first
Video viewings narrow the field, so the trip is spent on the homes worth seeing.
A day-by-day plan
Viewings, developer meetings and time in each neighbourhood, timed for traffic and the light.
On the ground

Questions
What buyers ask us.
How long should a viewing trip be?
Two to four days is usually enough for a focused shortlist in one city. We suggest the shape once we know the homes and your time.
