In most of the markets we serve, a purchase can be signed and registered while you stay at home. Here is how, and what still needs you in person.
The short answer
Can I buy a property abroad without travelling there?
In most cases, yes. A power of attorney lets a lawyer or representative sign and register for you: an Omani lawyer in Oman, a notarised power of attorney in Montenegro, and in Saudi Arabia one issued through an embassy or apostilled. Some later steps, such as a residency application, may need you in person.

Choose the home on video
A live viewing, the documents and the numbers, all shared remotely.
Appoint a lawyer or representative
We introduce independent local lawyers. You grant a power of attorney in the form the market requires, often at the nearest embassy or consulate, or with a local notary and an apostille.
Review and sign
The lawyer reviews the sale agreement with you on a call, then signs and registers on your behalf.
Title in your name
The title or off-plan registration is issued in your name and sent to you.

Is a power of attorney safe?
It is as safe as its scope and the person holding it. We recommend a limited power of attorney for the specific purchase, granted to an independent lawyer, with a defined end date.
What still needs me in person?
Usually only a residency application, where biometrics are taken, and sometimes opening a local bank account. We tell you at the start which steps apply to your purchase.
