Buying from abroad
Owning it well, from overseas.
The purchase is the start. We stay with you for letting, residency, service charges and, one day, the sale.
The short answer
How do I manage a property I own abroad?
Through a local manager for letting and upkeep, with the rules of each market in mind: Ejar registration for long lets in Saudi Arabia, a 3% municipality tax on rent in Oman. We introduce managers, help with residency through the home where it qualifies, and advise when you come to sell.

Questions
What buyers ask us.
Can I let the home while I live abroad?
Generally yes, under each market’s rules. In Saudi Arabia long lets are registered through Ejar, and short lets are licensed separately, so we check the rules for the home. In Oman rental income carries a 3% municipality tax.
