Alramz Mecca project Masar Corner opens with SAR 670m bookings.
The developer said initial off-plan reservations on launch day reached about SAR 670 million across two towers with 541 units.

Argaam reported in Arabic that Alramz Real Estate had formally launched its Masar Corner project in Mecca and recorded initial off-plan bookings of about SAR 670 million by the end of launch day. In a Tadawul statement the company said the scheme comprises two towers with residential, commercial and service units totalling 541 units on roughly 125 thousand square metres of built-up area, with completion and handover expected in 2029.
Argaam added that the initial bookings came from clients in 51 countries under the non-Saudi property ownership rules and the special provisions that apply in Mecca. The company expects the project’s financial effect to appear gradually in its results for 2026, 2027, 2028 and 2029 according to completion percentages and after accounting recognition conditions are met. Argaam data also noted that in February 2026 Alramz signed a development agreement with Ramz Al Hijaz Fund Company for two plots on King Abdulaziz Road in Mecca to build two residential towers, with a development contract value of SAR 418 million plus a 15% development fee equal to SAR 62.7 million.

Omnia Desk
Day-one SAR 670m is a hard Mecca off-plan sales mark, not a free-for-all ownership signal.
For a foreign buyer comparing Mecca launches, the useful figure is the booking total against 541 units on day one, not the tower count. It sets a concrete sales-velocity benchmark when you weigh other off-plan schemes and how full their reservation books look at launch. The nationality spread across 51 countries shows international enquiry is real; it does not rewrite the special ownership rules that still govern Mecca.
Our guide to the best off-plan property projects to invest in across Saudi Arabia in 2026 already frames the 2026 ownership law and the cost stack that applies on registration and later resale in Makkah. This launch confirms demand under those rules rather than expanding what a non-Saudi can hold. Check escrow and Wafi-stage payment structure on any rival Mecca off-plan you shortlist; the Alramz total is a sales signal, not a substitute for those checks.
