Who we work with in Saudi Arabia

Who we are looking to partner with.

We work with professionals whose standing in the Saudi market rests on accuracy.

01

Licensed brokers and brokerages

REGA-licensed brokers and brokerages with current knowledge of stock, pricing and handover in their districts, who can confirm the facts on a specific building quickly.

02

Consultants and introducers

Property consultants with a working network in Riyadh, Jeddah or the Eastern Province, who can verify information quickly and open the right conversations.

03

Allied professionals

Lawyers, valuers, registration specialists, mortgage advisers and relocation firms who make a purchase by a non-Saudi straightforward once the decision is made.

What partners get

A dependable international counterpart.

We keep the relationship simple and professional, because that is what makes it last.

01

Global reach

Omnia works globally, with relationships across Europe, the Middle East, the Americas and Asia. Partners gain a professional counterpart whose reach goes far beyond a single city or country.

02

One named contact

A named person at Omnia for everything we do together. Clear briefs, prompt replies, and a straight answer on where things stand, including when the answer is no.

03

Discretion

We never name a partner publicly without their written consent, and we treat what you share with us with the care we expect in return.

Working in Saudi Arabia

Where local knowledge counts.

Saudi property now turns on a handful of precise questions. Partners in The Omnia Network can answer them for a specific address.

01

Eligibility and zones

Which zones a non-Saudi may own in since the Law of Real Estate Ownership by Non-Saudis took effect on 22 January 2026, and how REGA’s published maps apply to a given building.

02

Registration

How a purchase is registered through the Real Estate General Authority, since an unregistered acquisition by a non-Saudi is not legally effective.

03

Off-plan protection

Whether an off-plan project holds a Wafi licence and an escrow account, and what that means for a deposit.

04

Availability, confirmed

What is genuinely available today, on what terms, and when that was last confirmed. This is where local knowledge saves weeks.

Questions

Before you apply.

Who can join The Omnia Network in Saudi Arabia?

REGA-licensed brokers and brokerages, property consultants and introducers, and allied professionals such as lawyers, valuers and relocation specialists who work in the Saudi market. You can be based in the Kingdom or work in it regularly from elsewhere in the Gulf.

Do I need a FAL licence to apply?

If you act as a broker, yes. Brokerage in Saudi Arabia is a licensed activity regulated by the Real Estate General Authority, and we ask for your REGA FAL licence number when you apply. Consultants and allied professionals who do not broker transactions apply with their own professional details.

Which cities does the network cover?

Riyadh and Jeddah most closely, with Diriyah, Al Khobar and the Eastern Province, and Makkah and Madinah. Professionals anywhere in the Kingdom are welcome to apply.

What happens after I apply?

We review every application. Where there is a fit, we arrange a call to get to know you, and how we would work together is discussed then.

Will Omnia name me as a partner?

Not without your written consent. We do not publish the names of people in The Omnia Network unless they have agreed to it in writing.

Can I apply in Arabic?

Yes. The application works in Arabic and English, and you can write your message in either.
