The Omnia NetworkDoha · Lusail · The Pearl

Join The Omnia Network in Qatar.

We are looking to partner with licensed brokers, consultants and property professionals in Doha, Lusail and The Pearl.

The Omnia Network brings together trusted local property professionals in key markets for Omnia Capital Group, a property advisory that works globally. In Qatar, Doha, Lusail and The Pearl each come with their own rules for foreign ownership. Partners in the network know which homes qualify, what they really cost to own, and how a purchase completes.

The Omnia Network

In Qatar, foreign ownership is defined area by area. What that means for a specific building is local knowledge.

Working in Qatar

Where local knowledge counts.

Qatar’s rules are clear, but they apply area by area. These are the questions where a local partner helps most.

01

Designated areas

Non-Qataris may own, or hold long-term usufruct, in designated areas, and the terms differ from one area to the next.

02

Residency

Residency linked to property is a common question, and its thresholds and process need confirming against current rules.

03

The full cost

Registration and running costs, set out clearly before anyone commits.
