Who can join The Omnia Network in the UK?
Estate agents and agencies, property consultants and search specialists, and allied professionals such as solicitors, surveyors and mortgage brokers who work in the UK market, in London and beyond.
Do I need a licence to apply?
Estate agency in the UK does not need a licence, but agents must belong to a government-approved redress scheme. If you have a scheme membership or registration number, include it when you apply. Consultants and allied professionals apply with their own professional details.
Which areas does the network cover?
London most closely, and Manchester, where Omnia is based. Professionals anywhere in the UK are welcome to apply.
What happens after I apply?
We review every application. Where there is a fit, we arrange a call to get to know you, and how we would work together is discussed then.
Will Omnia name me as a partner?
Not without your written consent. We do not publish the names of people in The Omnia Network unless they have agreed to it in writing.
Can I apply in Arabic?
Yes. The application works in Arabic and English, and you can write your message in either.
