Join The Omnia Network in the Emirates.

We are looking to partner with RERA-registered brokers, consultants and property professionals in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Ras Al Khaimah.

The Omnia Network brings together trusted local property professionals in key markets for Omnia Capital Group, a property advisory that works globally. The Emirates move quickly, and the details that matter, verified availability, real service charges, the right paperwork, change just as fast. The network brings the professionals who keep up alongside Omnia’s international advisory.

The Omnia Network

The Emirates move quickly. A detail confirmed the same day is worth more than any listing.

How it works

Four steps, clearly set out.

From your application to the first piece of work together, you will always know where things stand.

  1. 01 / 04

    Apply

Tell us who you are, where you work and what you cover. It takes a few minutes.

  2. 02 / 04

    A conversation

Where there is a fit, we arrange a call to understand your market, your licence and how you like to work.

  3. 03 / 04

    Getting started

If we both see a fit, we agree how we will work together before anything else happens.

  4. 04 / 04

    Working together

When we need first-hand knowledge of your market, we come to you with a clear brief and keep you informed throughout.

Who we work with in the UAE

Who we are looking to partner with.

We work with professionals who prefer accuracy to volume.

01

Registered brokers and brokerages

Brokers registered with RERA in Dubai, or with the relevant authority in Abu Dhabi or Ras Al Khaimah, who know their communities and current pricing in detail.

02

Consultants and introducers

Consultants with a trusted local network, able to verify information quickly and open the right conversations.

03

Allied professionals

Conveyancers, mortgage advisers, property managers and residency specialists who carry a purchase through to the keys and beyond.

What partners get

A dependable international counterpart.

We keep the relationship simple and professional, because that is what makes it last.

01

Global reach

Omnia works globally, with relationships across Europe, the Middle East, the Americas and Asia. Partners gain a professional counterpart whose reach goes far beyond a single city or country.

02

One named contact

A named person at Omnia for everything we do together. Clear briefs, prompt replies, and a straight answer on where things stand, including when the answer is no.

03

Discretion

We never name a partner publicly without their written consent, and we treat what you share with us with the care we expect in return.

Working in the UAE

Where local knowledge counts.

The market is well documented, but a document is not an answer. These are the questions where a local partner helps most.

01

Registration

In Dubai, brokers are registered with RERA and carry a broker registration number (BRN). Elsewhere in the Emirates, registration sits with each emirate’s own authority.

02

Freehold areas

Foreign nationals can own freehold in designated areas. Knowing which communities qualify, and how title is issued, is everyday local knowledge.

03

The true cost

Service charges, registration costs and the full cost of ownership, which is where accurate local figures matter most.

04

Residency

Residency linked to property is a frequent question, and the current rules need confirming case by case.

Questions

Before you apply.

Who can join The Omnia Network in the UAE?

Registered real estate brokers and brokerages, property consultants and introducers, and allied professionals such as conveyancers, mortgage advisers and property managers who work in the Emirates.

Do I need a RERA registration to apply?

If you broker in Dubai, include your RERA broker registration number (BRN). If you work in another emirate, include your registration with that emirate’s authority. Consultants and allied professionals apply with their own professional details.

What happens after I apply?

We review every application. Where there is a fit, we arrange a call to get to know you, and how we would work together is discussed then.

Will Omnia name me as a partner?

Not without your written consent. We do not publish the names of people in The Omnia Network unless they have agreed to it in writing.

Can I apply in Arabic?

Yes. The application works in Arabic and English, and you can write your message in either.
