The Omnia NetworkTivat · Bay of Kotor · Kolasin

Join The Omnia Network in Montenegro.

We are looking to partner with agents, lawyers and property professionals on the coast and in the mountains, from Tivat to Kolasin.

The Omnia Network brings together trusted local property professionals in key markets for Omnia Capital Group, a property advisory that works globally. Montenegro’s coast and mountains reward local knowledge: what is genuinely for sale, whether title is clean, and how a home is looked after through the seasons. The network brings the agents, lawyers and professionals who hold it alongside Omnia’s international advisory.

The Omnia Network

On the Adriatic, the best information is rarely online. It sits with the agents, lawyers and notaries who work the coast.

What partners get

A dependable international counterpart.

We keep the relationship simple and professional, because that is what makes it last.

Working in Montenegro

Where local knowledge counts.

Owning here is straightforward when the groundwork is done properly. These are the questions where a local partner helps most.

01

Ownership

Foreign nationals can generally own apartments and houses in their own name, while some land carries restrictions that need explaining.

02

Title and permits

Clear title, cadastre records and building permits checked before any deposit changes hands. This is where local lawyers and surveyors are essential.

03

Letting and upkeep

How letting and management work in practice, which matters for owners who will not live there all year.
