Join The Omnia Network in Oman.

We are looking to partner with licensed brokers, consultants and property professionals in Muscat and across the Sultanate.

The Omnia Network brings together trusted local property professionals in key markets for Omnia Capital Group, a property advisory that works globally. Oman rewards patience and precision: which homes are truly available, what a resale really costs, how title is registered. Those answers are held by people who work there every day, and the network brings them alongside Omnia’s international advisory.

The Omnia Network

In Oman, foreign nationals can own freehold inside the Integrated Tourism Complexes. Knowing which homes there are truly available is local knowledge.

Working in Oman

Where local knowledge counts.

Oman rewards patience and precision. These are the questions where a local partner makes the difference.

01

Where foreigners can own

Foreign nationals hold registered freehold inside the Integrated Tourism Complexes, titled at the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning. Knowing exactly which buildings qualify is local knowledge.

02

Resale and availability

Inside the complexes a foreign owner is free to resell, so resale homes matter as much as new phases. Knowing what is genuinely for sale is the first thing a partner offers.

03

Residency

Residency linked to a home in an Integrated Tourism Complex is a frequent question. A partner who knows the current process saves time and uncertainty.

04

The full cost

Registration costs, service charges and running costs, set out clearly before anyone commits.
