Mohammed Al Habib, also styled Mohammad Al Habib Real Estate Company, is a family-owned Saudi developer established in 1972. Its work spans residential and commercial development, masterplanning and construction. For a homebuyer, the residential portfolio offers several distinct choices: Asala Residence apartments and multi-level homes in established city districts; the Eyal villa and townhouse range in Riyadh and Jeddah; Kaheel in Sedra; and the smaller Al Lulu Villas collection in Jeddah. The ten projects in this portfolio were listed as available in the developer’s public catalogue on 4 October 2026. That describes the project’s sales category, not a live count of homes remaining. Within the Eyal range, Khuzam, Al Fursan and Sadayem sit in wider NHC destinations. Their community plans should be read alongside, and separately from, the specification and delivery information for the actual home.
