Role
Binghatti is a Dubai developer founded in 2008 by Dr. Hussain BinGhatti Aljbori, who named the company after his late father, Ghatti Bin Ghaeb. It is a family business: his son Muhammad BinGhatti, who took over its running in 2014, chairs the group and leads its architecture, Katralnada BinGhatti is chief executive, and Ahmed BinGhatti is vice chairman. The company is privately held, with no stock listing, and is registered with the Dubai Land Department as developer number 1051. Unlike a first-time entrant, it has a genuine, multi-year handover record across Dubai’s mid-market freehold communities, most heavily in Jumeirah Village Circle and also in Business Bay, Al Jaddaf, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Liwan and the wider Dubailand area, and it is known for a high launch cadence and rapid construction. Binghatti publishes large headline totals for units delivered, project count and portfolio value, but these are self-reported and differ across sources, so Omnia does not state any single figure as fact. It is also the developer behind three branded residences, Bugatti Residences, Mercedes-Benz Places and Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co Residences, in each of which the marque or maison licenses its design and name while Binghatti carries the development and the build. That is the line for a buyer to hold: an experienced developer with a real record, now stretching into branded and supertall towers whose most ambitious timelines are targets rather than settled dates, with off-plan capital exposed to the developer across the build and pricing set in dirhams against a sterling budget.
