Developments
Al Nahdah in north Jeddah, not Riyadh, sits on King Abdulaziz Road opposite Red Sea Mall. Omnia lists homes in Dar Global’s Amaya masterplan, including Trump Plaza and Padel Living.
Two districts called Al Nahdah turn up in Saudi property searches. This one is in north Jeddah, on King Abdulaziz Road across from Red Sea Mall, a short drive from the Red Sea. Riyadh’s Al Nahdah is a separate district in the east of the capital, about 860 km away in a straight line, sharing nothing but the name.
From the Amaya site, Red Sea Mall is about 1.3 km away in a straight line and the Jeddah Corniche Circuit about 1.9 km. Terminal 1 at King Abdulaziz International Airport is about 7.1 km away, and Al Balad, the historic centre, about 16.6 km to the south. Al Muhammadiyah is the neighbouring district to the north.
Al Nahdah is a residential district between the coast and the airport road, with the American International School of Jeddah about 1.8 km from its centre and the mall just across King Abdulaziz Road for everyday errands. What makes it newly relevant is a single large site along that road, where Dar Global is building a new piece of the city.
Amaya is a masterplan, not a building. Dar Global plans around one million square metres of homes, offices, shops and public space in four connected neighbourhoods, tied together by a boulevard and a continuous landscaped park, with schools, mosques and medical facilities planned in. A tunnel under King Abdulaziz Road is planned to give the site a more direct link to the Al Shati side. Dar Global appointed the main contractor in April 2026.
Two of the addresses we list sit inside Amaya. Trump Plaza occupies a 28,000 square metre corner, with furnished branded residences, townhouses, Grade-A offices and a members’ wellness club; Dar Global is the developer and uses the Trump name under licence. Padel Living Residences offers one to four bedroom apartments with padel courts on the roof, reserved for residents. Everything here is off-plan, with handover expected from December 2030.
Amaya suits a buyer who wants to be part of a neighbourhood as it forms, close to the Corniche and the airport, and who is comfortable with a delivery horizon that runs to 2030. Choose the precinct before the apartment: a furnished branded home with a service programme is a different proposition from a residents’ building organised around sport. For a non-Saudi buyer, eligibility in Jeddah is checked property by property against REGA’s designated-zone maps, which our Jeddah guide covers.
If you would like to compare the two side by side, we will lay out the plans, payment schedules and the site plan in one conversation, and start with how you intend to use the home.

No. They are two separate districts about 860 km apart. Jeddah’s Al Nahdah is in the north of the city on King Abdulaziz Road, opposite Red Sea Mall, and is home to Dar Global’s Amaya masterplan. Riyadh’s Al Nahdah is a district in the east of the capital. This page covers Jeddah only.

Yes. Both sit inside Dar Global’s Amaya masterplan. Trump Plaza is the precinct on a 28,000 square metre corner, with furnished branded residences, townhouses, offices and a members’ club. Padel Living Residences is an apartment building with residents’ padel courts on the roof. Each has its own page with plans and payment terms.
Amaya is sold off-plan, with handover expected from December 2030, and Padel Living Residences is scheduled for completion in December 2030. Dar Global appointed the main contractor in April 2026. Confirm the handover date for the specific home in the sale agreement before you reserve.
Possibly, and it is decided property by property. The Law of Real Estate Ownership by Non-Saudis took effect on 22 January 2026, and the Cabinet approved the geographical zones on 23 June 2026. Non-Saudis may own inside the designated zones REGA publishes on the Saudi Properties platform, and a legally resident non-Saudi may own one home for personal use outside them. Jeddah's zones are drawn on maps rather than by district name, so we check the specific plot before you reserve.
