Choose the space for your next chapter

The Phase 1A range begins with studios of 45 m² internally and one bedroom homes of 55–95 m². Two bedroom apartments offer 108–130 m²; three bedrooms provide 144–169 m². For a larger home, explore four bedroom penthouses of 229–250 m² or garden duplexes with 149–207 m² inside and private gardens of 107–153 m². Including balconies, the overall phase ranges are 51 m² for studios, 67–114 m² for one bedroom apartments, 126–148 m² for two bedrooms, 171–205 m² for three bedrooms and 303–334 m² for penthouses. Duplexes are 168–226 m² including balconies, with gardens additional. Your selected home’s plan brings those figures into focus, showing the rooms and outdoor areas you can furnish and enjoy.

Bring the outside into your plans

A balcony or garden creates another place to spend time, particularly during Muscat’s cooler months. Think about whether you would use it for reading, dining or a quiet conversation at the end of the day. Choose how to stage the purchase

Start with 20% under any of the three Phase 1A plans. The milestone option adds 10% after six months, then 10% at podium completion, roof slab, façade completion and building finishes, with 30% at handover. The 50/50 option adds 10% at six, twelve and eighteen months, leaving half the purchase price for handover. The monthly choice adds 2% for 27 months, with 26% at handover.

The agreed schedule forms part of the sale and purchase agreement, giving you a clear basis on which to plan ahead.
