Habroot housing Oman: the story so far.

A RO 904,123 deal with Rikan for 21 social homes in Habroot, Al Mazyunah, Dhofar, was put in place in late October 2026. Those units sit inside a wider Rikan pledge of more than RO 2 million covering 71 homes first set out on 7 October. Build time is 730 calendar days with handover due late 2028, and each home is specified at 199 square metres. Zawya then framed the same Habrout Triangle scheme as a $2.3mln complex of 21 units on 199sqm plots, backed with the Oman Charitable Organisation and still due for handover by the end of 2028.
