Helped someone make a decision they feel good about. Made a colleague’s day a little easier. That feeling has a lot to do with the kind of business we’re building at Omnia.
We work in international property, a world that gives you plenty to be curious about. Places changing, businesses growing, people making decisions that will shape their future. Behind every conversation is someone with their own ambitions, experience and reasons for being there. Understanding those reasons is where our work begins.
Ambition, with something behind it.
Our careers philosophy rests on four principles: ambition, competence, collaboration and excellence. They come to life in the way we prepare for a conversation, share what we know and take responsibility for the next step.
We value people who want to get beneath the surface. People who ask thoughtful questions, take pride in their preparation and follow through. Commercial ambition matters here. So do judgement, generosity and the ability to make someone feel properly understood.
Our view of career development starts with becoming someone others can rely on. Learn your markets. Understand the people you work with. Develop a point of view you can explain. Take ownership of a problem and see it through. Those habits build confidence, and confidence creates room for greater responsibility.

Good tools are an investment in people.
We want people to have a hand in shaping the business as they grow within it. If something could work better, we want the idea on the table. The people closest to a client conversation or a daily process often see the possibilities first.
That thinking has shaped our investment in technology. We’ve built our own customer relationship management platform around how Omnia works. It brings together client history, conversations, follow-ups, property information and the activity that keeps everything moving.
Alongside it, we’re developing AI capabilities to support preparation and coordination, giving our team more space for work that needs their attention and judgement. It’s a substantial commitment to a simple belief: people do better work when the business invests in helping them do it.
For us, the value is very human. Picking up a conversation with the right context. Knowing what was promised and what needs to happen next. Giving a colleague the information they need to look after someone well. Keeping the small details connected as the business grows.
A belief we build around

The way we work together.
Those details matter inside the team, too. Sharing something useful. Helping someone think through a difficult conversation. Giving clear feedback with the intention of helping them improve. Celebrating a result and recognising the work that went into it.
We want a culture with enough trust for people to ask for help, challenge an idea and bring their own personality to the day. There should be room for a proper laugh along the way.
Our roots in Manchester give us a place to start; our work across Europe and the Middle East keeps widening the conversation. You need an interest in how people live, what they value and what makes one place feel different from another. It makes the work richer, and our questions better.
An international outlook begins with curiosity: about places, about people and about what a good outcome means to someone else.

A longer view of success.
Ultimately, we’re building Omnia around relationships that deepen over time. With clients, with partners and with each other. Our mission is to form deep, lasting relationships that generate extraordinary business outcomes. The care we put into those relationships every day is how we work towards it.
You can see more of that thinking in what it feels like to work with Omnia.
