In detail
Four Seasons Private Residences, Jeddah sits on the city’s Red Sea Corniche, in the established coastal district of Al Shati. Unveiled in June 2024 by Midad Real Estate in partnership with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, it is a low-density community of 64 private residences, including two penthouses, and 21 serviced apartments, with architecture by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill and interiors by Richmond International. Homes are sold freehold and operated to the Four Seasons standard.
The private residences run from one to five bedrooms, with internal areas from about 300 to 1,065 square metres, while the serviced apartments are arranged as two- and three-bedroom homes from about 116 square metres. Interiors by Richmond International draw on a calm, contemporary palette suited to the coastal light, with generous glazing turned toward the sea and the Corniche.
What distinguishes a branded residence is the operating standard behind the door. Owners hold the residence freehold, with an annual service charge of 339 SAR per square metre covering maintenance, amenities and the Four Seasons service standard. Owners have a private residents’ lounge and outdoor terrace, valet and fitness facilities, alongside the wider hotel offer of restaurants and terraces, a spa and hammam, indoor and outdoor pools, lounges and a children’s programme. It suits buyers who want a serviced, lock-up-and-leave home on an established Jeddah waterfront, with a single operator running the building.

We work with buyers who value discretion and reach across significant purchases, including residences released privately, before they are widely marketed.
We work on the buyer's side of the decision, from first viewing to completion and the years that follow.
Availability, documentation, ownership structure and unit selection, considered together, so the decision is made with the full view, not a brochure.
We help clients acquire property to hold and pass on, with clear-eyed attention to cost, structure and the considerations that come with off-plan ownership.
