It manages a project from concept, design and permitting through construction, fit-out and handover, and concentrates on residential, hospitality and mixed-use places, with Muscat and Salalah as its focus in Oman. In May 2026 Al Mouj Muscat appointed Aurelian as sub-developer of ALMAR Residences, a building of 176 homes in the marina district of its waterfront community, scheduled for completion in the second quarter of 2029.
In October 2026 OMRAN Group signed a development agreement with Aurelian for Yiti Hills and Oases, the fourth phase of the Yiti Integrated Tourism Project, covering design, construction, marketing and sales of a scheme of about 200,000 m² with a planned resort and 490 homes.
The company is led by chief executive Dmitri Tikhonov. Members of its team previously worked on more than 25 projects in other markets, totalling about 2.2 million m² of gross building area; ALMAR is Aurelian’s first launch in Oman.
