Buying from abroad
See it live, from wherever you are.
A video viewing walks the home room by room, at an hour that suits you, with someone who knows the building and the market.
The short answer
Can I view a property on a video call before I buy?
Yes. Our team, one of our local partners or the developer’s own team walks the home with you live, by video call or WhatsApp video. You choose the day and the time of day in your own time zone, and we confirm the slot within one business day.

How a viewing runs
From request to a live walk-through.
Request a time
Pick how you want to join, a day and a morning, afternoon or evening in your own time. Your advisor confirms the slot.
We prepare the walk-through
We send the plans, the residence options and the payment schedule ahead, so the call is spent on what matters to you.
The viewing
A room-by-room walk-through, the view from the windows and balconies, the shared spaces and the street outside. Ask to see anything; we go where you point.
What happens next
We follow up in writing with the details you asked about, and when you want to see it in person, we arrange the visit.
What to ask
Questions worth asking on the call.
A camera shows a great deal, but not everything. These are the questions we make sure are answered.
- Which way do the main rooms face, and what will be built opposite?
- What is included in the finish, and what is an upgrade?
- What are the service charges, and what do they cover?
- How far along is construction, and what is the handover date in the contract?
- Is the building in a zone where you can own and, if it matters to you, does it support residency?

Questions
What buyers ask us.
Is a video viewing as good as visiting?
For most decisions, close. A live walk-through answers questions a brochure cannot, and you can ask us to show you anything. When you would rather see it in person first, we arrange the visit.
Can I view an off-plan home on video?
Yes. Where the home is not yet built, we walk the show apartment or a completed home in an earlier phase, and the site itself, and share the plans and finish specification.
