The residences

Four penthouses crown ALMAR, each with three bedroom suites, a maid’s room and an open terrace above the sea and the marina district. The two designs shown offer 205 m² and 258 m² of internal space with terraces of 98 m² and 215 m², large enough for outdoor dining and lounging. With so few available, penthouses are offered privately, and Omnia can arrange a presentation of the plans and terms.
