Dar Al Arkan is one of Saudi Arabia’s largest listed real-estate developers, founded in 1994 and headquartered in Riyadh. It trades on the Saudi Exchange under ticker 4300, which gives a buyer audited financials and a public filing record to assess. Its work spans master-planned communities and mixed-use schemes across the Kingdom, including its own Shams Ar Riyadh development and the Elie Saab branded villas ETOILE, which it built on plots inside SEDRA, the north Riyadh community master-developed by ROSHN. In 2017 it established Dar Global to carry its international projects, listing that arm in London in 2023. The listed parent holds the balance sheet and the domestic delivery record, while much of the overseas branded product sits under Dar Global.
