Omnia Capital Group has announced a deeper commitment to Saudi Arabia, establishing the Kingdom as a core focus of its growth strategy. With an expanded residential property offering, further client services in development and a focus on technology and talent, the firm is building a more comprehensive way for domestic and international clients to explore, acquire and own property in the Saudi market.
The expansion brings together a wider choice of homes, greater market insight and a commitment to personal service throughout the ownership journey. It reflects Omnia’s intention to build an enduring business around the needs of people buying in Saudi Arabia, whether they already call the Kingdom home or are considering it from overseas.
A broader view of Saudi residential property.
Omnia’s broader offering spans apartments, family homes, villas and branded residences, encompassing established neighbourhoods and emerging residential destinations. This wider range allows the firm to support more varied requirements, from a primary home or a move within the Kingdom to an international property purchase or a longer-term residential investment.

The commitment follows the introduction of Saudi Arabia’s updated framework for non-Saudi real estate ownership, which entered into force on 22 January 2026. The framework provides routes for eligible international buyers to acquire property, subject to the applicable ownership conditions and geographical rules. For Omnia, this development strengthens the case for a service grounded in understanding: helping clients assess the places, properties and practical considerations that matter to their own plans.
Saudi Arabia is becoming a central part of the business we are building. Our ambition is to bring clients a much fuller understanding of what the Kingdom offers, alongside the personal support to make a considered decision. That means a broader range of homes, a deeper understanding of the places around them and a relationship that continues through ownership. Technology and talent are fundamental to that ambition. We want to bring together the best of both: innovation that makes the experience clearer and more connected, and people with the expertise to understand what each client really needs. We are committing to Saudi Arabia for the long term, with clients inside the Kingdom and those joining it from abroad equally central to that commitment.
A relationship through ownership.
Alongside its expanded property offering, Omnia is developing a broader service proposition around the practical demands of buying and owning a home. Building on the approach behind its Private Office, the next phase is intended to connect property search and acquisition coordination with relocation support, access to qualified specialists and ongoing ownership care.
The aim is continuity: a team that understands why a client is buying, what they need from the property and how those needs may evolve after completion.
For clients in Saudi Arabia, the focus is on a wider choice of homes and guidance shaped around local priorities, family life and investment objectives. For international clients, it includes the context needed to understand unfamiliar neighbourhoods, compare opportunities and navigate a purchase from abroad.

Technology, talent and the depth of service.
Technology and talent are central to Omnia’s Saudi strategy. The firm is focused on developing a connected digital experience that helps clients explore destinations, compare developments and access useful market intelligence, supported by people with the expertise to interpret what that information means for each client’s circumstances.
Omnia’s approach to innovation is directed at the quality and continuity of client service: clearer information, better coordination and more informed conversations from first enquiry through ownership. Alongside this, the firm is committed to attracting and developing the talent and specialist capability needed to bring greater depth to its advice and support as its Saudi offering grows.
The ambition is to bring together thoughtful technology, market knowledge and personal accountability, so clients benefit from both a better digital experience and a stronger relationship with the people guiding them.
A long-term Saudi commitment.
Omnia will continue to develop its Saudi market coverage, property research, technology and team capability as part of this commitment. Its mission is to bring the breadth of the Kingdom’s residential market to a wider audience, supported by clear information, thoughtful guidance and relationships built to last.
